  • How long for delivery?
    • From November 19 until January, daily deliveries will take place. We will obviously inform you about the delivery of the goods you ordered.
      In case you place your order before November 19, you can indicate on which date after November 19 you would like delivery of your order.
      For orders after November 19, if there is available stock of the product you ordered, it will be sent out the following day. Please see the table below for the anticipated delivery date

  • Delivery or Self Collect?
    • For the delivery of our products we rely on GLS, one of the largest transportation companies in Europe. GLS, with deliveries of over 300 million packages per year, guarantees reliability, speed and secure delivery of our products.
      And that is important as our customers want to receive their Christmas orders in time!
      Your order will be delivered to your home from Monday to Friday (no deliveries on Saturday and Sunday). If you are not at home to receive your delivery, your package will again be delivered the following working day. In case you are again not at home, the delivery person will leave his/her contact details so as to arrange for you to pick it up.
      It is not possible to collect the package yourself.
  • Payment Terms
    • We offer a wide range of payment options, per country, for you to choose from. We accept payment via well known credit cards such as iDeal, Carte Bleue, Bank Transfer and DIRECTebanking.
      For some payment options we will charge a surcharge. We will clearly indicate this during the ordering process.

      At the time you place your order we will automatically open an account for you. When you log-in to this account you can track you order. You can also use existing address details when placing new orders.

  • What about the guarantee?
    • All products have a one year guarantee from date of delivery. Please contact our customer service department via the 'please contact me' form on our website quoting your order number.
      An invoice is needed to claim your guarantee. The invoice will be sent to you via email after your order has been processed.
      Guarantee is exempt from normal wear and tear damage.
  • How can I return any items?
    • Customers can return products within 14 days from the date of ordering. In order to claim your refund the products must be undamaged and the packaging must be fully intact.
      Before you return any products you must complete and submit a 'request for return to sender' form. This can be done by completing the 'please contact me' form on which you clearly state the order and invoice number. We will respond to your request within 24 hours. You will have to bear the cost of returning the package to us. Your refund will be paid into your account within 14 days after receiving your undamaged and fully intact package.
      In cases whereby products are returned due to warranty issues or for exchange, we will bear the costs of returning the products to us. You will receive a 'return to sender' label for this purpose.
      If you decide to return the product(s) to us for any other reason you will bear this cost yourself. The cost of returning the product(s) depends on each package. Please contact us in advance with your questions.

In case you have a complaint about the quality or state of the delivered products, completethe 'please contact me' form on which you clearly state your complaint, the order and invoice number.
